Once you receive your order, you have (7) days to return the unwanted item(s). Only damaged products can be returned. Any used item cannot be returned or exchanged. We will let you know once we have processed your refund. 

All delivery carriers provide our customers with tracking information once the parcel has been dispatched. Deliveries will occur during business hours from Monday to Friday, holidays excluded.
